These asymmetrical earrings are mounted on a patinated silver clasp. Then two cylindrical pendants like pots containing plants. One is long and narrow while the other has more "classic" proportions. I painted them both by hand... patterns with Mexican influences. I covered the cactus and one of the other 2 plants with resin. Under the cactus pot a recycled pewter saucer tinted with terracotta colours. Under the 2 pendants a burst of diopside with or without chain.

The pendants are protected by layers of varnish and/or glaze. I shaped the hooks from silver wire...

Then I take the photos in natural light. I try to be as faithful as possible but some shades of tone may nevertheless appear depending on the setting of each screen...

- Green or weathered plant; approx. 1.6 x 2.5cm.

- Cacti; approx. 1.1 x 0.9cm.

- Cactus pot; approx. 1.3 x 1.6cm.

- Weight of a loop; approx. 5g.
