We accept returns and exchanges according to the conditions below:

• Contact us within: 14 days max of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days max of delivery

The ordered items can't be returned or exchanged

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns because of the nature of this unique and personalized jewels.

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping fees

• 2,80 Euros delivered to France.
• 5,80 Euros delivered to International.
